In this role, you will lead the design and execution of relationship marketing strategies that strengthen customer engagement, improve lifecycle performance, and drive measurable revenue impact.
- Lead the development and execution of omni-channel relationship marketing and CRM strategies aligned with client business goals
- Translate data, customer insights, and emerging technologies into actionable marketing strategies and campaign concepts
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building long-term relationships and guiding strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account management, analytics, creative, and operations to deliver integrated solutions
- Identify key performance metrics and measurement frameworks to demonstrate marketing impact and ROI
- Contribute to new business opportunities by developing strategic recommendations and solution frameworks
This role requires strong experience in data-driven marketing and CRM strategy, combined with leadership capabilities and client-facing expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, CRM, email, or omni-channel marketing
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or consulting environment
- Proven experience leading teams and mentoring marketing professionals
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy and messaging across channels
- Hands-on experience using data, research, and analytics tools to inform strategy and decisions
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and client presentations
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and client presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed environment
- Ability to influence stakeholders and operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic ownership
- Competitive salary range: $113,000 – $158,000 annually
