OVERVIEW:

At The Westin Nashville, we believe every stay should inspire well-being, renewal, and exceptional experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Group Rooms Coordinator to join our team and play an essential role in creating seamless group travel experiences for our guests.

As the Group Rooms Coordinator, you will serve as a key connection between our Sales and Events team, hotel operations, and group organizers to ensure guest room blocks are managed with accuracy, efficiency, and care. From coordinating reservations to supporting large-scale group experiences, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys delivering elevated service behind the scenes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage group room blocks, reservations, and rooming lists with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Partner with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to coordinate seamless group arrivals and departures
  • Communicate with group organizers regarding reservations, updates, and special requests
  • Monitor room block performance and support inventory and revenue optimization
  • Maintain accurate records, contracted rates, and reservation details within hotel systems
  • Support administrative and reporting functions related to group bookings and hotel operations

OTHER:

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled mandatory training sessions and meetings is required.

Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with policies and procedures for the safe and effective operation of the hotel’s facilities.
