Job Description
The Digital Marketing & Analytics Intern JD v2 is responsible for supporting key operations within the waste management and recycling industry. This role contributes to the organization’s success through strong execution, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to safety, service quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate customer feedback from multiple sources into a centralized tracking system.
- Categorize feedback by issue type, location, and business unit.
- Produce monthly "Voice of Customer" reports identifying trends.
- Track recurring customer pain points and frequency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in digital marketing, SEO, and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
