Enterprise Account Executive / Business Development Manager

In this high-impact commercial role, you will drive enterprise growth by building strategic relationships with some of the largest organizations in India and helping them unlock the value of digital intelligence and consumer insights solutions. You will own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation, account expansion, and long-term client success. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will engage senior decision-makers across marketing, communications, strategy, and digital transformation functions. Accountabilities:
  • Drive new enterprise business acquisition and revenue growth across India, with a focus on strategic SaaS and intelligence solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, networking, and self-generated opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, negotiations, contract execution, and post-sale engagement.
  • Develop and expand strategic customer accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise functions such as Marketing, Insights, Communications, Digital, and Strategy.
  • Act as a consultative advisor by helping clients improve visibility, competitive positioning, and digital intelligence capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and internal teams to ensure customer adoption, retention, and long-term value realization.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, CRM updates, and pipeline reporting while supporting overall commercial strategy and revenue objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management, preferably within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline, winning new enterprise clients, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level negotiations.
  • Excellent consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and value-based solution selling skills.
  • Ability to balance new business acquisition with account growth, renewals, and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, 6Sense, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English; additional regional language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Experience or interest in areas such as digital intelligence, consumer insights, marketing technology, search intelligence, or customer experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly accountable sales environment.
