  • Coordinate quoting activities, special pricing requests, proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses to support partner success.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and key customer accounts to increase loyalty, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, monitor partner contract compliance, and provide detailed sales performance reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, account management, and leadership teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful installations.
  • Deliver remote and onsite partner training sessions, webinars, and coaching programs to improve channel effectiveness and sales execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or indirect sales within telecommunications, cloud, or IT services industries.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills with the ability to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Experience managing proposals, pricing strategies, RFIs/RFPs, and sales operations processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to build long-term client and partner relationships while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience leading sales training, coaching initiatives, and partner enablement programs.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally across teams.
  • Willingness to travel to customer and partner locations for meetings, training, and business development activities as needed.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work opportunity across the United States.
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-driven career growth opportunities.
  • Dynamic and collaborative work culture focused on innovation and customer success.
  • Opportunities to work with cutting-edge communications, broadband, cloud, and IT solutions.
  • Professional development and ongoing learning opportunities.
