Position Description:

Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the full-service hotel, including restaurant, bar, and banquet services. This leadership role ensures exceptional guest experiences, drives financial performance, and maintains compliance with brand and company standards.

Essential Functions
• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations including restaurant, bar, and banquet services
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction across all outlets
• Manage and develop team members through training, coaching, and performance management
• Create and manage schedules to meet business demands
• Monitor and control labor and food costs to meet budget goals
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership on menu development and execution
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of all F&B areas
• Prepare reports and analyze performance metrics
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Qualifications
• Previous Food & Beverage management experience required
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe and alcohol service certification preferred

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying items

Work Environment
This position operates in a restaurant, bar, and banquet environment within a full-service hotel and requires strong leadership, organization, and adaptability.
