This role plays a critical part in supporting the execution and operational success of complex, multi-country development programs. You will help ensure that project activities are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with donor and organizational requirements. Working across program, finance, procurement, and country teams, you will contribute to both day-to-day execution and longer-term project performance. The role combines operational coordination, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement in a highly collaborative environment. You will support reporting, risk management, and partner coordination across diverse international settings. - Support the implementation and coordination of complex multi-country programs, ensuring alignment with donor and organizational requirements
- Track project deliverables, milestones, workplans, and timelines to ensure successful execution of activities
- Assist in preparing reports, briefings, presentations, and management updates by synthesizing operational and financial data
- Coordinate with donors, implementing partners, subcontractors, consultants, and government stakeholders to support program delivery
- Support project startup, planning, budgeting, and ongoing implementation activities across multiple workstreams
- Maintain project documentation systems and ensure proper records management across platforms such as SharePoint and Jira
- Assist with procurement coordination, travel logistics, consultant onboarding, and administrative project processes
- Support compliance reviews, risk identification, and mitigation efforts across operational and financial activities
- Contribute to donor reporting and ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Public Administration, Business, Economics, Political Science, Public Health, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in project management, program operations, or development program support
- Prior experience in NGOs, government agencies, or international development organizations preferred
- Strong understanding of project management principles and basic knowledge of donor-funded program operations (USG experience preferred)
- Familiarity with procurement processes, subcontractor management, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and updates
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, or similar project management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team coordination
- Fluency in English required; French or additional languages are a plus
