Shoshone Medical Center is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Wellness & Rehab Representative to join our Wellness Center and Rehabilitation Services team. This position serves as the first point of contact for fitness center members, rehabilitation patients, and visitors, creating a welcoming and positive experience while providing administrative support to the Rehab Department.
Position Details
- Part-Time Position
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Evening shifts
- Regular schedule includes Wednesday and Thursday evenings
No experience? We will provide training and orientation for the selected applicant.

The Wellness & Rehab Representative is the first person patrons encounter as they enter the Wellness Center and is a primary staff member assisting fitness center members and rehabilitation patients. This position provides exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the Wellness Center and the administrative needs of the Rehabilitation Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Welcome and assist members, patients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Schedule and confirm rehabilitation appointments.
- Register new fitness center members and assist with membership questions.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and member information.
- Assist rehabilitation staff with clerical and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Monitor Wellness Center access and provide information regarding facility policies and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and registration software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Previous customer service, reception, healthcare, or fitness center experience is preferred but not required.
