Course description: Study of different strategies to foster the conditions of solidarity needed for organizations to actively include people living with disabilities.
Required experience and qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in philosophy, the humanities, or the social sciences, or equivalent experience
- Research on ableism, disability, (critical) disability studies and/or crip theory, and their interplay with various power dynamics
- Teaching experience
- Passive proficiency in the second official language
- Sensitivity to multiple differences (including abilities, genders, and cultures) and to students' concerns.
- Proficiency with both in-person and online learning tools
- Participate in three scheduled teaching meetings with members of the teaching team of the School of Social Innovation during the term
