  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback, support product improvements, and contribute to new KPI development.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, patterns, and performance drivers across brand portfolios.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, customer insights, consulting, or a similar data-driven client-facing role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience transforming data into clear, compelling insights and narratives.
  • Proven ability to lead client presentations and communicate complex findings through storytelling at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise clients effectively.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Strong curiosity and interest in brand performance, marketing strategy, and data interpretation.
  • Ability to combine quantitative analysis with qualitative understanding to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in a consultative, client-facing role that blends analysis, strategy, and communication.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based compensation (varies by location and experience).
  • Flexible remote work arrangements, with opportunities to collaborate internationally.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (based on location).
  • Paid time off and holidays to support work-life balance.
