Senior Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Account Executive based in United States.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a strategic role in driving business growth by helping organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture, modernize infrastructure, and adopt secure technology solutions. This position combines consultative selling, relationship management, and technical expertise to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients across mid-market and enterprise environments. Working closely with engineering, solution architecture, marketing, and leadership teams, you will identify new opportunities, expand customer relationships, and guide prospects through complex purchasing decisions. The role offers significant autonomy, direct engagement with executive stakeholders, and the opportunity to contribute to a high-growth technology environment. Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business objectives, technology challenges, cybersecurity risks, and infrastructure needs.
  • Develop tailored technology roadmaps, security strategies, proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations that align with customer goals.
  • Conduct consultative sales engagements, product demonstrations, and executive presentations throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, solution architects, marketing, and vendor partners to design and deliver effective client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
  • Utilize data-driven prospecting techniques and AI-enabled sales tools to generate pipeline growth and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, networking activities, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence and generate opportunities.
  • Contribute to business development strategies and support organizational growth initiatives through market insights and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment and revenue growth.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, managed services, networking, cloud, infrastructure, or related technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders within mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, managed IT services, cloud technologies, networking infrastructure, and modern IT environments.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and emerging security trends.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, business development technologies, and AI-assisted prospecting solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and business-focused manner.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to customer success and continuous professional development.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals is highly desirable.
