This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Senior CrowdStrike Security Engineer based in India.

This is a senior cybersecurity role focused on strengthening endpoint protection and vulnerability management across a global enterprise environment. You will take ownership of CrowdStrike Falcon Exposure Management and Falcon Insight EDR/XDR, ensuring strong coverage, agent health, remediation, and lifecycle management. The role combines hands-on security engineering with operational coordination across infrastructure, networking, IT operations, vendors, and international stakeholders. You will also contribute to patch and change management, AWS golden-image updates, certificate renewals, endpoint deployments, and incident documentation. Success requires strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple security activities independently. Japanese language capability is an advantage for collaboration with Japan-based teams, while business-level English is essential.

Accountabilities
  • Manage vulnerability-scanning registration and coverage across enterprise endpoints and servers, ensuring appropriate assets are protected and monitored.
  • Administer and maintain CrowdStrike Falcon, including Falcon Exposure Management/Spotlight and Falcon Insight EDR/XDR.
  • Coordinate CrowdStrike sensor and security-agent deployments, upgrades, onboarding, health checks, and lifecycle management across endpoints and servers.
  • Monitor EDR coverage and agent health, troubleshoot endpoint and server issues, and coordinate remediation with relevant technical teams.
  • Process and coordinate firewall blocking requests associated with identified threats and vulnerabilities in collaboration with network security teams.
  • Support ServiceNow-based patch management and change requests, including assessing and verifying their impact on vulnerability-management environments.
  • Coordinate security-related changes with infrastructure, network, IT operations, vendors, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support AWS golden-image upgrades and ensure required endpoint security agents are incorporated into approved images.
  • Manage ADFS certificate renewals and related identity-federation activities.
  • Coordinate endpoint and terminal version upgrades across group companies and affiliated environments.
  • Support endpoint and server onboarding, EDR deployments, vulnerability remediation, and security-operations activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate security documentation, incident reports, change records, and operational reports.
  • Lead or support troubleshooting and resolution of security operations issues while ensuring appropriate escalation and follow-through.
  • Verify supplier and vendor information and coordinate with external providers when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and operational processes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, security operations, endpoint security, vulnerability management, or a closely related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, with practical expertise in Falcon Exposure Management/Spotlight and Falcon Insight EDR/XDR.
  • Proven experience managing vulnerability-scanning coverage, endpoint protection, security-agent deployment, remediation, and sensor lifecycle upgrades.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint and server security operations, vulnerability remediation, threat management, and security incident processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting EDR agents across enterprise endpoints, servers, and terminals.
  • Working knowledge of firewall change and blocking procedures and experience coordinating security changes with network teams.
  • Practical experience using ServiceNow for patch management, change requests, or security operations; exposure to Security Operations or Vulnerability Response modules is advantageous.
  • Experience with ADFS certificate renewals and identity-federation environments.
  • Experience supporting AWS infrastructure and golden-image management is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to create clear, accurate security incident reports, operational documentation, and change records.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow structured security, change-management, and operational procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and international colleagues.
  • Business-level English proficiency is required; Japanese language proficiency is an advantage for working with Japan-based stakeholders.
  • CrowdStrike certifications such as CCFA or CCFR are desirable.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity operations within financial services or insurance organizations is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and operate effectively within a remote, global environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual compensation of approximately INR 25–40 LPA, depending on skills and experience.
  • Fully remote position for candidates based in India.
  • Full-time employment with an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale cybersecurity environments.
  • Exposure to advanced endpoint security, vulnerability management, EDR/XDR, AWS infrastructure, and identity-federation technologies.
  • Collaboration with global security, infrastructure, networking, IT operations, vendor, and Japan-based teams.
  • Opportunity to work with the CrowdStrike Falcon security ecosystem and modern security-operations practices.
  • International exposure within a distributed, multicultural working environment.
  • Opportunities to strengthen expertise in security engineering, threat and vulnerability management, and enterprise security operations.
