  • Capture project outcomes, challenges, achievements, and lessons learned to support informed decision-making and future initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by applying lessons learned, incorporating effective practices, and staying informed about trends in immersive learning, education, technology-enabled experiences, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide additional project and operational support as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, education leadership, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.

  • Experience working across different stakeholder groups and coordinating activities across departments or organizations.
  • Strong project organization skills, including experience managing schedules, timelines, documentation, action items, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and communicate clearly with diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency with project management software and web-based collaboration or workflow tools; familiarity with platforms such as Monday.com is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, distributed team environment.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and organized project records.
