Accountabilities:

  • Respond to inquiries regarding courses, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, program structures, learning approaches, and potential career outcomes.
  • Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and career prospects of available academic programs.
  • Generate, qualify, and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound cold calling, inbound inquiries, and systematic lead follow-up.
  • Convert qualified prospects into enrollments while consistently working toward and achieving monthly admission and sales targets.
  • Manage prospective student applications throughout the admissions journey and ensure timely completion of required steps and documentation.
  • Maintain regular and professional communication with students and parents, addressing questions and concerns throughout the decision-making process.
  • Follow up on enrollment confirmations and coordinate with the wider admissions team to ensure a smooth conversion process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all counseling interactions, lead activity, applications, and follow-ups within the CRM.
  • Build, expand, and actively manage a database of prospective students to support sustained pipeline growth.
  • Stay informed about education industry developments, competing programs, emerging career opportunities, and changing student needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the admissions experience and contribute to overall enrollment performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree; a background in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of overall professional experience, with 2–4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance, admissions, education sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a target-oriented sales environment and consistently follow up with prospective customers.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand student needs and translate them into appropriate academic and career recommendations.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build credibility and trust with students and parents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Understanding of education systems, academic programs, and career pathways is advantageous; training will be provided where required.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects, applications, and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work 6 days per week from the office, with a rotational weekly day off.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn about new programs, market trends, and evolving career opportunities.
Benefits:
  • Competitive, industry-aligned compensation.
  • Performance-based incentives and rewards.
  • Benefits package designed to support employees.
  • Positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing education and career-focused business.
  • Direct impact on students’ academic choices and career outcomes.
