Our Family Center features 15 newly renovated Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) suites designed to provide a comfortable, family-centered birth experience. Amenities include jacuzzi tubs for hydrotherapy and hypnobirthing support, a newly renovated nursery with four sick bays, and a five-bed pediatric unit. All patient rooms offer private accommodations for patients and their families.
The unit averages approximately 600 deliveries annually and provides nurses with the opportunity to care for patients across the continuum of labor, delivery, postpartum, newborn, and pediatric care. Many Family Center nurses are trained to scrub and circulate for Cesarean sections, creating a dynamic and diverse clinical practice environment.
Orientation & Professional DevelopmentWe believe in supporting every nurse's success through an individualized orientation program tailored to your experience and background. Following corporate and nursing orientation, you will work closely with an experienced Family Center preceptor, with ongoing support and regular progress evaluations from your preceptor and nurse manager.

Requirements:
- 1 year L&D experience
- RN license- N.H. state or any other compact state
- BCLS needed within 30 days of hire
- PALS and NRP within 90 days of hire
- Fetal Monitoring Certification within 1 year of hire
