Department: Information Systems

About the Role

Anesthesia Dynamics Management is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to join our Information Systems team.

This is an early-career, hands-on technology support position for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and learning how business systems work together. The Systems Support Analyst provides first-level technical support to employees and clients, assists with system and client implementations, troubleshoots software and connectivity issues, and helps maintain secure and reliable access to company technology.

This role is a good fit for someone with a foundation in IT or technical support who is ready to broaden their experience across user support, systems administration, software applications, implementation projects, and technology operations.

What You'll DoTechnical & User Support
  • Provide first-level technical support to internal employees and external clients.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, connectivity, and business application issues.
  • Resolve routine technical problems and escalate more complex issues to vendors or internal leadership when appropriate.
  • Maintain ownership of support issues through resolution and communicate status clearly to users.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes.
  • Assist with system upgrades, software testing, maintenance, and deployment activities.
Systems & Access Support
  • Assist with user account setup, permissions, and access management.
  • Support shared drives, electronic document repositories, and organized file storage.
  • Monitor routine system operations and report potential performance or security concerns.
  • Support Windows-based systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Help ensure system access and technology practices follow company security requirements.
Client & Software Implementation
  • Assist with technical onboarding for new clients.
  • Support electronic record intake and data transfer activities.
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, and validation during implementation projects.
  • Conduct compatibility testing between client systems and company applications.
  • Support Practice Management systems, software interfaces, and electronic data exchanges.
Vendor & Project Coordination
  • Work with software vendors, IT service providers, hosting providers, and other technology partners to resolve issues.
  • Track open technical issues and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Participate in technology projects and software implementations.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce repetitive manual work.
Security & Compliance
  • Follow company cybersecurity, HIPAA, and information security policies.
  • Support the secure handling of electronic protected health information (ePHI).
  • Report suspected security concerns or vulnerabilities promptly.
  • Assist with security awareness, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities as assigned.

You'll Be Successful in This Role If You
  • Enjoy figuring out why something isn't working.
  • Are comfortable saying, “I don't know yet, but I'll find out.”
  • Can explain technology without making it unnecessarily complicated.
  • Follow through instead of simply passing a problem to someone else.
  • Keep good notes and understand the value of documentation.
  • Notice recurring problems and look for ways to prevent them.
  • Are interested in developing broader experience in systems, applications, security, and technology operations.
Why Join Anesthesia Dynamics Management?

This position offers an opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of business technology rather than working exclusively within a traditional help desk environment. You'll support users and systems while also participating in implementations, process improvements, vendor coordination, security initiatives, and other technology projects that support a growing organization.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.

Requirements: What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least two years of experience in IT, technical support, information systems, help desk, desktop support, or a similar technology role. Experience in a healthcare environment a big plus.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows-based computers and business software applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Comfortable learning new software and technology systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage several requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-service mindset and willingness to take ownership of problems through resolution.
