Field Marketing Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist based in India.

This role supports the execution of field and partner marketing programs across North America from a centralized team in India.
You’ll provide the operational backbone that keeps regional campaigns, events, webinars, and partner initiatives moving efficiently.
The position combines marketing coordination, reporting, data management, budget support, and stakeholder collaboration.
You’ll work closely with Field Marketing Managers and Partner Marketing teams across multiple time zones.
Your attention to detail will help ensure campaign data, timelines, budgets, and performance reporting remain accurate and actionable.
The role also offers broad exposure to B2B demand generation, pipeline marketing, and field marketing operations.
It is well suited to an organized, proactive professional who enjoys structured execution and continuous process improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Support the execution of regional field marketing campaigns and events by maintaining trackers, timelines, status updates, and action items.
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars, regional events, direct-mail initiatives, and partner programs, including venue and vendor tracking, registration monitoring, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain campaign and program performance data to support reporting on pipeline metrics such as AQL, TQL, and SAO.
  • Prepare recurring reporting materials, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel summaries, executive updates, and program recap decks.
  • Maintain data quality across campaign and account-tracking systems, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues to the appropriate program owner.
  • Coordinate with Partner Marketing teams on co-marketing programs, partner asset requests, MDF tracking, and budget reconciliation.
  • Support program budgeting in partnership with Field Marketing and Partner Marketing managers, including procurement activities, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Support the delivery of pipeline-generating programs across North America, including webinars, direct mail, and other assigned initiatives.
  • Manage defined tasks or individual regional initiatives from start to finish, proactively identifying and escalating budget, timeline, or execution risks.
  • Identify recurring operational inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to processes, workflows, and program execution.
  • Coordinate effectively with stakeholders across time zones and provide reliable day-to-day operational support.
  • Take on additional marketing projects and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing support, demand generation, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals, including demand generation, events, campaigns, and digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trackers, deadlines, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of marketing funnel and pipeline metrics, including AQL, TQL, SAO, or comparable measures.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides, particularly for reporting, analysis, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence coordinating with colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data management, reporting, and operational execution.
  • Proactive mindset with the judgment to identify potential issues early and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed marketing teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities, campaigns, and stakeholder requirements may evolve.
  • Demonstrated interest in improving processes and finding more efficient ways to execute recurring marketing activities.
Benefits:
  • Remote-friendly work environment in India.
  • Opportunity to support field and partner marketing programs across the North American market.
  • Broad exposure to B2B demand generation, events, partner marketing, pipeline management, and marketing operations.
  • Collaboration with experienced field and partner marketing professionals across multiple regions.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of defined initiatives and build expertise in marketing operations.
  • Exposure to cross-functional and international teams in a globally distributed environment.
  • Opportunities to contribute ideas, improve processes, and expand responsibilities over time.
  • Inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives, professional growth, and meaningful contributions.
