In this role, you will own the full social ecosystem across major short-form platforms, driving strategy, creator partnerships, and performance optimization for an e-commerce/DTC brand. You will be responsible for building scalable content systems, identifying winning formats, and transforming social channels into core revenue drivers. Working at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and growth marketing, you will collaborate closely with paid media, creative teams, and external creators. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep expertise in short-form video, UGC, and creator-led growth. - Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue impact.
- Build structured content calendars and campaign roadmaps aligned with product launches, marketing initiatives, and business priorities.
- Identify high-performing content formats, scale successful concepts, and continuously optimize based on performance data and audience insights.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to amplify top-performing organic content and maximize cross-channel performance.
- Build, manage, and scale a creator and influencer program, including sourcing talent, managing relationships, and negotiating collaborations.
- Create clear and effective creative briefs to guide creators in producing high-converting UGC and brand-aligned content.
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social platforms, ensuring messaging aligns with product storytelling and audience engagement goals.
- Oversee social content workflows, SOPs, and production systems to improve efficiency, output, and quality across teams and freelancers.
- Lead community engagement efforts, including comments, DMs, and audience interactions to strengthen brand loyalty and retention.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies that improve engagement, conversions, and revenue attribution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media, creator marketing, growth marketing, or content strategy roles, ideally within e-commerce or DTC environments.
- Proven track record of scaling social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and/or YouTube Shorts.
- Strong expertise in short-form content strategy, UGC production, and creator-led marketing models.
- Experience building and managing influencer, ambassador, or creator partnership programs.
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize content systems, workflows, and scalable production processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media performance data and optimize for engagement and conversion.
- Experience collaborating closely with performance marketing and paid media teams to drive integrated growth strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities and high growth expectations.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring or coordinating cross-functional teams and freelancers.
- Openness to working with diverse content categories, including NSFW content where applicable.
