We are seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented accounting professional to join a global finance function operating in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. In this role, you will support financial reporting, technical accounting analysis, and compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You will play a key part in interpreting accounting standards, ensuring IFRS alignment, and strengthening the integrity of financial reporting processes. Working closely with finance, audit, and operational teams, you will contribute to both month-end and year-end cycles while supporting broader strategic initiatives such as IPO readiness. This is a highly collaborative and intellectually engaging role where accuracy, curiosity, and continuous improvement are essential. It offers the opportunity to work in a globally distributed organization that values autonomy, accountability, and high professional standards.

Accountabilities
  • Research, interpret, and apply current and emerging accounting standards, with a strong focus on IFRS and relevant local GAAP requirements.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and ensure appropriate accounting treatment across the business.
  • Prepare accounting position papers, technical memos, and policy documentation to support internal decision-making and audit readiness.
  • Monitor regulatory and reporting changes and assess their impact on financial reporting processes and compliance.
  • Support month-end close activities by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
  • Assist with year-end statutory audits and collaborate with internal and external auditors to resolve technical accounting matters.
  • Contribute to the preparation of statutory accounts and annual reports across multiple subsidiaries and jurisdictions.
  • Support IPO readiness initiatives, ensuring financial reporting processes meet public company standards.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency across the finance function.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and share technical knowledge to strengthen team capability and continuity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, ACMA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in IFRS and solid understanding of local GAAP frameworks.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, statutory accounts preparation, or technical accounting roles.
  • Background in a large public accounting firm or multinational corporate finance environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with enterprise financial systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex accounting issues and translate them into clear guidance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy, precision, and high-quality financial reporting.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently in a globally distributed, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated alignment with values such as reliability, collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to participate in occasional international travel (approximately 2–4 times per year).
Benefits
  • Competitive global compensation with performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Flexible remote working model within EMEA time zones.
  • Annual compensation review to recognize performance and contribution.
  • Learning and development budget to support continuous professional growth.
  • Access to international travel opportunities for team collaboration events.
  • Generous annual leave plus maternity and paternity leave policies.
  • Recognition rewards and employee appreciation programs.
  • Wellness support programs and employee assistance services.
  • Global, distributed work environment with strong autonomy and ownership.
  • Opportunity to contribute to IPO readiness and high-impact financial transformation initiatives.
