  • Lead the development of quarterly strategic plans and monthly roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and allocating resources across marketing channels.
  • Direct cross-functional teams spanning paid media, creative, lifecycle marketing, SEO, development, and analytics to ensure effective execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish performance targets, monitor key metrics, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
  • Provide strategic guidance beyond marketing when necessary, advising on areas such as pricing, product positioning, customer experience, and business operations.
  • Oversee client reporting, performance reviews, and business presentations, clearly communicating outcomes, opportunities, and strategic direction.
  • Manage account profitability by balancing scope, resource allocation, and client impact while maintaining strong operational performance.
  • Lead new client assessments, onboarding initiatives, and strategic kickoffs to ensure successful engagement launches and long-term partnerships.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, performance data, and emerging opportunities to refine strategies and maximize business results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years leading multi-channel marketing strategies for client-facing accounts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both ecommerce and B2B marketing environments, with the ability to adapt strategies to different business models and growth objectives.
  • Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, business planning, profit and loss analysis, and commercial decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of key marketing performance indicators, including customer acquisition, lifetime value, conversion optimization, profitability metrics, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify opportunities, and make strategic recommendations with confidence and clarity.
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, customer relationship management systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising ecosystems.
  • Daily proficiency using AI-powered tools to enhance planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic execution.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and build long-term trust.
  • Strong organizational skills, business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Previous agency experience is highly preferred.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision healthcare coverage.
  • Retirement savings plans, including 401(k) and IRA options.
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of businesses.
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to advanced marketing technologies, AI-driven workflows, and cutting-edge growth strategies.
