  • Support the development and mentoring of future enterprise sales team members as the organization scales.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience successfully closing complex multi-million-dollar enterprise deals within industrial or engineering-focused sectors.
  • Strong track record selling to Forbes Global 2000 organizations and engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic, top-down enterprise sales motions with long and complex buying cycles.
  • Deep understanding of industrial markets and hands-on experience in industrial sales environments.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and the ability to communicate their value within engineering or computer-aided engineering contexts.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-growing environments.
  • Ability to independently manage high-value strategic pursuits from prospecting to closure.
  • Experience building scalable sales frameworks, processes, and high-performing teams is highly valued.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities.
Benefits:
