- Lead technology-driven account growth initiatives across strategic energy provider accounts, owning revenue targets and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other senior technology leaders within the utilities and energy sector.
- Develop and execute technology sales strategies aligned with client digital transformation priorities and operational goals.
- Represent a broad portfolio of technology solutions including AI & Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Platforms, and Technology Strategy services.
- Collaborate with internal delivery, engineering, and industry teams to architect innovative, scalable, and client-focused technology solutions.
- Partner with major ecosystem providers such as AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other technology platforms to co-sell and develop joint solutions.
- Provide executive oversight on strategic engagements to ensure delivery excellence, operational performance, and high client satisfaction.
- Analyze client challenges, market trends, and emerging technologies to proactively position new opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Support governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize client success and business impact.
- 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise IT services, or digital transformation leadership roles.
- Proven success driving technology account growth, managing executive client relationships, and leading complex enterprise engagements.
- Strong expertise across enterprise technology domains including cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/data platforms, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture.
- Deep understanding of the energy and utilities industry, including technology environments, operational challenges, and industry trends.
- Experience collaborating with ecosystem partners and hyperscalers to develop and deliver integrated technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to align technology strategies to business objectives and operational outcomes.
- Existing relationships with utility and energy sector executives are highly valued.
- Experience leading technology sales and delivery teams within consulting or enterprise technology organizations is preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications or educational background in cloud, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise platforms are considered a plus.
