Staffing Coordinator

  • Position Summary
    • Under the supervision of the administrator or designee, the Staffing Coordinator performs a variety of administrative, supervisory and clerical support services. Responsible for making all home health assignments and schedules. Provides supervision of HH Aides to ensure their compliance with care and documentation in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Education
    • High School Diploma - Preferred
  • Experience
    • 2-3 Years related field - Required
    • 1 Year supervisory experience - Required
  • License & Certification
    • None Required
  • Core Job Functions
    • Prepares, updates and distributes daily and weekly schedules for HH Aides and nurses. Processes On Line Advisory Report and prepares productivity report as requested. Obtains all admission information/paperwork and forwards to admitting discipline.
    • Supervises and counsels HH Aides to ensure all job duties are performed. Reviews HH Aide documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with agency policies and procedures and notifies physician of missed HH Aide visits. Verifies accuracy of documentation submitted by HH Aide for payroll purposes to include both mileage and timecard.
    • Completes all required documentation according to Agency policies and procedures. Collaborates with all personnel through patient Team Conference to identify, clarify and respond to the needs of the patient.
