This is a foundational, high-impact role responsible for building and scaling audience growth from the ground up across multiple digital platforms. You will be the first dedicated hire focused on audience development, tasked with designing the systems, strategies, and analytics needed to drive exponential reach for a fast-growing AI-driven media ecosystem. Operating at the intersection of content, data, and growth, you will shape how audiences discover, engage with, and follow a new generation of AI-powered entertainment brands. This is a highly entrepreneurial environment where experimentation, speed, and ownership are essential. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and creative teams to turn raw content output into scalable audience engines. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to define what “growth” looks like from scratch.
You will be responsible for building the end-to-end audience development function, creating scalable systems that turn content output into measurable reach and engagement.
- Design and implement the full audience growth infrastructure, including dashboards, analytics pipelines, and performance tracking systems from zero baseline
- Develop and execute multi-platform distribution strategies across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and podcast ecosystems to maximize reach and retention
- Build community engagement systems that convert passive viewers into active, loyal audience segments with measurable behaviors
- Partner with AI content creators and internal talent systems to amplify distribution, cross-pollinate audiences, and maximize network effects across content properties
- Define and refine growth experiments, conversion funnels, and retention strategies using data-driven insights and continuous iteration
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure tracking accuracy, attribution clarity, and scalable growth tooling
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in audience growth, digital media strategy, and data-driven experimentation, combined with a builder mindset and comfort in fast-moving environments.
- 5+ years of experience in audience development, growth marketing, or digital media strategy within content-driven or platform-based businesses
- Proven track record of scaling audience reach and engagement with measurable, data-backed results
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to build analytics systems and growth infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms
- Deep analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Entrepreneurial, builder-oriented mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation and system creation rather than maintenance
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-evolving, AI-native environment
