Job Description

Description: Looking for a role where you actually get to connect with patients AND enjoy where you work?

We’re searching for an energetic, compassionate, and adaptable Medial Assistant (MA) who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment and loves being part of a collaborative team. If you’re the type of person who can give patients a "hell yes!" experience, keep clinic flow moving, jump in wherever needed, and still crack a smile during a busy day, we want to meet you.

This is not your typical hospital floor role. You’ll be part of a patient-first clinic team focused on delivering exceptional care, education, and support throughout every visit.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Welcoming and supporting patients throughout their visit
  • Performing blood draws and handling lab collections
  • Documenting vitals, medications, and patient information
  • Assisting with scheduling and patient requests
  • Educating patients on treatments, medications, and procedures
  • Supporting providers during medical aesthetic procedures
  • Helping maintain smooth clinic flow and a positive patient experience
  • Keeping the clinic clean, organized, and professional
  • Jumping in to support both clinical and front office operations as needed
Why You’ll Love It Here:

Supportive and collaborative team culture
Patient-centered environment where your work matters
Opportunity to grow your clinical skill set
Fast-paced days that never feel boring
Meaningful patient interactions every single day

Compensation & Schedule:

$25-31/hour, based on experience
Omaha, NE
Full-time | In-person

If you’re ready for a role where compassion, teamwork, and patient care truly come first, we’d love to connect with you.

Requirements:
  • Active Medication Aide certification or Medical Assistant certification or education.
  • Strong phlebotomy/blood draw experience
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic setting
  • Team player mentality with a positive attitude
  • Experience with EHR systems (AdvancedMD experience is a huge plus)
