  • Develop and maintain Tableau (or similar BI tool) dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
  • Support the integration and use of AI tools to streamline reporting, automate insights, and reduce manual sales operations work
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Consultant Relations teams to align reporting and data needs
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytics-focused role supporting B2B go-to-market teams
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including report building, data modeling, and CRM administration
  • Experience generating recurring sales reporting, forecasting insights, and executive-level dashboards
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar BI platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear business insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools or automation solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual workload
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity, governance, and system accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean, and high-autonomy environment
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $100,000 – $125,000 USD annually
  • Performance-based bonus or incentive eligibility
  • Remote-friendly work environment within the United States
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution
  • Flexible PTO and paid holidays

  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing digital health organization focused on innovation
