Compensation & IncentivesBase Pay: (depending on experience and skill level)
Sign-On Bonus: Available (details provided upon hire)
Extra Earning Potential: Additional commissions and performance-based incentives. You will be eligible for sales bonuses linked to the sale or influence of HVAC systems, equipment, accessories, upgrades, and indoor air quality products.
Performance Bonuses: Driven by departmental KPIs, including gross profit performance, revenue growth, productivity, installation quality, callback reduction, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
As our HVAC Install Supervisor, you will lead our installation operations from the front—supervising field personnel, maintaining elite quality control, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, motivate, and mentor a team of HVAC installation technicians while coordinating their training and development activities.
Quality Assurance & Code Compliance: Conduct meticulous site inspections to ensure all installations meet contracted scopes, manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local mechanical/building codes to eliminate callbacks.
Operations & Scheduling: Support scheduling logistics, implement operational policies, and monitor the efficient use of materials and labor to maximize profitability.
Customer Care: Directly communicate with customers, vendors, and suppliers, resolving any installation issues promptly to secure high satisfaction.
Safety First: Enforce company policies and safety regulations to protect team safety, company assets, and our brand reputation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 2 or more years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Credentials: Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Certifications: EPA 608
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
Any active air conditioning certifications.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Fully proficient in installing HVAC systems, including completing simple low-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners.
Proven capability to train, develop, and motivate a high-performing installation department.
Excellent communication skills to explain policies, procedures, and guidance to both management and field employees.
Elite multi-tasking skills with the ability to operate company vehicles as needed.
Strong commitment to safety compliance and regular, reliable attendance.
Mobility: Ability to sit, stand, lift, and carry up to 70 lbs repeatedly during work hours.
Agility: Comfort climbing up and down ladders or step stools repeatedly.
Dexterity: Ability to work in small, confined, dark spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Environment: Ability to work in a wide range of indoor and outdoor temperatures.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time between various job sites and customer locations.
Tech Skills: Ability to operate tablets, mobile phones, and field equipment.
