Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Trainer to join our growing team.
Essential Functions:
- Develop Training programs and curriculum for the employees of the Servicing Dept. for orientation and on-the-job training.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops for the employees, determine if there are obstacles, and if so, develop appropriate modifications to achieve success.
- Collaborate with the leadership of Triad to identify yearly training needs and schedule training sessions when appropriate for employees. This could be due to new technology, new legislation or regular refresh sessions.
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities and meeting goals, according to the training they are given.
- Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a training role within a corporate environment.
- Strong organization, tie-management, delegation skills.
- Proven experience setting and achieving productivity goals.
- Mortgage loan servicing experience is a big plus.
- Effective communication with all levels of the organization, both written/verbal.
- Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business finance, HR or other related courses highly valued.
- High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching.
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Have background in IT and the use of modern technology to develop training modules needed in online platforms.
Physical Demand:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
