This role sits at the core of building the power infrastructure that enables the next generation of AI and hyperscale computing. You will be responsible for securing and scaling the supply of critical control systems that power large, complex energy deployments across gigawatt-scale environments. Operating at the intersection of engineering, procurement, and operations, you will ensure that highly technical automation and electrical systems are delivered with speed, reliability, and cost efficiency. The role requires deep collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate system requirements into robust sourcing strategies. You will manage a complex ecosystem of suppliers spanning control panel fabricators, automation OEMs, and industrial component providers. This is a high-impact position where supply chain decisions directly influence project execution, scalability, and infrastructure reliability. It is ideal for a professional who thrives in technically complex, mission-critical environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement of control panels, automation systems, and electrical components, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage supplier relationships across panel fabricators, automation OEMs, electrical distributors, and communications equipment providers.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define technical requirements, ensure compliance (UL, NEC, utility standards), and support system design decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts covering pricing, lead times, capacity allocation, warranties, and service agreements to secure long-term supply stability.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans focused on cost optimization, supply resilience, and scalability across critical infrastructure programs.
  • Oversee supplier performance management, including audits, KPIs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, operations, quality, and finance to ensure readiness, risk mitigation, and efficient execution.
  • Identify supply chain risks, monitor market dynamics, and build contingency strategies for long-lead and constrained components.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within industrial controls, automation systems, power infrastructure, or similar environments.
  • Strong knowledge of control systems, including UL 508A panels, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, relays, and industrial networking equipment.
  • Proven experience managing complex supplier ecosystems and negotiating high-value commercial agreements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical specifications and system design considerations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical and commercial priorities.
  • Experience in energy, utilities, data centers, or industrial infrastructure projects is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with annual performance-based bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contribution.
  • Paid time off and company holidays to support work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure powering the AI and energy transition.
  • Professional growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling, mission-driven environment.
