The AM Server plays an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for guests at Lone Mountain Ranch. Serving breakfast and lunch, this position combines exceptional hospitality, attentive service, and genuine guest connection to help guests feel welcomed, cared for, and energized throughout their day.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating meaningful guest experiences. AM Servers work closely with fellow restaurant team members to provide thoughtful service, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines the Ranch.

• Provide attentive and personalized breakfast and lunch service to guests
• Build genuine connections with guests while creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience
• Offer menu recommendations and answer questions about food, beverages, and Ranch offerings
• Serve food, coffee, tea, and other beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
• Assist with basic barista duties and beverage preparation as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service stations throughout each shift
• Support table maintenance, resetting, and overall dining room presentation
• Assist with take-out orders and special guest requests
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on hospitality and guest satisfaction

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Comfortable learning and utilizing POS systems and restaurant technology
