Join our passionate kitchen team at The Swiss Bakery, where we specialize in high-quality European cuisine, pastries, cakes, decorated cookies, and seasonal holiday specialties—with a strong emphasis on authentic Swiss traditions.
We are currently seeking a Café Cook / Line Prep to join our culinary team. This position is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by prepping ingredients, assisting the line during busy service hours, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized workstation. You will also get to know European cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service and special menu items
Assist line cooks during café service to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and service stations
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Support the kitchen team with other duties as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
Knowledge of kitchen measurements and cooking tools
Time management
Physically able to stand for 8+ hours and perform repetitive tasks.
Positive teamwork mindset
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
1+ year of professional kitchen or culinary experience preferred
