• Respond to incoming phone calls, internet leads, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Reach out to potential and existing customers to schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and help drive dealership business.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to provide outstanding customer service.
• Help create a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for every customer.

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is encouraged — automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
• Comfort using computers, phones, and other digital tools.
