What you will do

Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly.

Keep dining areas, floors, and service stations clean, stocked, and organized.

Move dishes and utensils safely to the dish area.

Support hosts, servers, bartenders, and the kitchen as needed.

Help guests with a friendly attitude and pass requests along to the right teammate.

Communicate when tables are ready so seating stays organized.

Follow the restaurant’s cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.
