A day in the life:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to assigned executive leader(s) and/or functional areas, serving as a trusted administrative partner who enables leaders to operate effectively through proactive management of priorities, communications, logistics, and administrative workflow. This role serves as a confidential administrative partner, supporting calendar management, executive communications, meeting logistics, travel coordination, expense reporting, stakeholder coordination, and selected special projects.
The role may also provide secondary backup support to other executives or functions as part of the company’s EA coverage model. Depending on assignment and business need, the role may include defined coordination responsibilities such as HQ event coordination, onsite meeting support, or other administrative workstreams.
This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary administrative point of contact for assigned executive(s), functional areas, and/or organizational workstreams, managing communications, inquiries, requests, and administrative priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the assigned executive and CVRx with professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
Exercise independent judgment to prioritize, route, and respond to communications and requests as appropriate, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Handle confidential business and company information with discretion and sound judgment.
Draft, edit, summarize, and distribute professional correspondence, presentations, and other communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage executive calendars, meeting priorities, scheduling conflicts, and recurring meeting cadence.
Coordinate executive meeting logistics, including attendees, rooms, Teams links, agendas, pre-read materials, catering needs, and follow-up tracking where appropriate. Attend meetings only when there is a defined administrative purpose. Routine meeting attendance and default note-taking are not standard expectations unless specifically approved.
Schedule and coordinate business travel arrangements for Executive(s), and, as directed, key consultants, including by developing itineraries and agendas, booking other transportation, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
Coordinate administrative logistics for assigned organizational workstreams, including meetings, events, vendor coordination, purchasing, invoice processing, catering, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Prepare expense reports, open and sort mail, file, create documents/presentations, and other general administrative functions.
Provide secondary backup support for designated executives or functions to ensure continuity during PTO, LOA, transitions, urgent coverage needs, or workload spikes.
Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to coordinate coverage, share knowledge, and maintain standardized administrative practices and documentation—including templates, files, process documentation, recurring meeting details, vendor contacts, and other resources—to ensure consistent executive support, business continuity, and seamless backup coverage.
Complete special projects by establishing priorities, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, solving problems, and adjusting plans as needed.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years of executive administrative support experience, including support of senior leaders; experience supporting C-level executives is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships and effectively partner across executive teams, administrative teams, and business functions.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs, exercise sound judgment, proactively solve problems, and independently develop practical, cost-effective solutions with minimal supervision.
Exceptional organizational, planning, prioritization, and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence, professionalism, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and other business software, with the ability to quickly learn, adopt, and leverage emerging technologies and digital tools to improve efficiency, collaboration, and executive support.
Action-oriented with a sense of urgency, an ability to prioritize, and a willingness to be flexible based on business need.

Experience supporting one or more C-level executives in a fast-growing public company.
Experience supporting Senior Executives in the Commercial, Sales and/or Marketing organizations.
Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, conferences, onsite events, or cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
Experience or exposure to continuous improvement methodologies.
Under normal office/remote conditions, perform difficult, complex, technical, and/or specialized office support work.
Requires the exercise of independent judgment, the application of technical skills, and a detailed knowledge of the activities and procedures specific to the executive team.
Ability to travel ~10%, US based travel
Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.
