Warehouse Lead in Hamilton Township, New Jersey at Warehouse Labor

Location: Hamilton, NJ
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Our client, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider in Hamilton, NJ, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and provide leadership to warehouse associates in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge, proven supervisory experience, and the ability to foster productive client relationships while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse associates while promoting a positive and safety-focused work environment.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational and customer service objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and internal management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Assist with inventory control, quality standards, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers, as needed.

• Previous warehouse operations experience; 3PL experience preferred.
• Proven experience in a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Experience operating stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers is required.
• Turret truck experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
