The Therapy Business Manager - Metabolics will be responsible for achieving territory sales objectives, strengthening market presence, and developing strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in pharmaceutical sales, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage a territory effectively. You should be comfortable working independently in the field, building professional relationships, and achieving measurable commercial results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, business development, or a related healthcare field.
- Candidates with prior experience in the same therapeutic area are preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and motivation may also be considered.
- Experience working with multinational pharmaceutical companies or leading Indian pharmaceutical organizations is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals.
- Good analytical skills and ability to understand market dynamics.
