The Financial Analyst - OTC will support billing and order-to-cash activities by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial processes. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain reporting standards, and improve operational performance.
- Process customer orders and billing documents accurately within financial systems while ensuring timely execution.
- Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices according to established guidelines and business requirements.
- Monitor outstanding finance and customer queries, investigate discrepancies, and drive timely resolution of billing-related issues.
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to resolve transaction issues and ensure smooth invoice processing.
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions, communications, and process activities while adhering to key performance indicators.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve OTC billing processes, reduce errors, and increase operational efficiency.
- Participate in end-to-end process transitions by supporting knowledge transfers, SOP documentation, and smooth operational handovers.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by finance leadership to support business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a finance professional with experience in order-to-cash operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment. The role requires analytical thinking, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related finance discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance operations, billing, accounts receivable, or OTC processes.
- Prior experience working in a Shared Service Center or Global Capability Center environment is required.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, with the ability to manage transactional activities accurately.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across international teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working in a structured team environment.
- Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and tools while adapting to changing business needs.
