The Staff Product Manager – Agency Monetization & Wallet will own the vision, strategy, and execution of monetization and financial platform experiences. The role requires strong product leadership, deep payments knowledge, and the ability to balance customer needs, technical complexity, and business objectives.

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for reselling, rebilling, wallet, and monetization platforms.
• Define and improve experiences that enable agencies and businesses to manage payments, markups, billing workflows, and financial operations.
• Lead the complete product lifecycle, from customer discovery and strategy development to execution, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Identify customer problems, market opportunities, and platform improvements to increase product value and business impact.
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and intuitive product experiences.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Tax, and other product teams to ensure accurate and seamless financial workflows.
• Own key product areas including agency wallets, subaccount wallets, wallet funding, auto recharge, transaction history, credits, refunds, adjustments, and margin management.
• Build frameworks and platform capabilities that support monetization initiatives across multiple products.
• Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and use data insights to guide decision-making.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and influence product direction across multiple teams.
• Mentor Product Managers and contribute to improving product management practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate has extensive product management experience with strong expertise in financial systems, payments infrastructure, and SaaS platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can operate hands-on, manage complex technical challenges, and communicate effectively across business and engineering teams.

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex financial, billing, or payments infrastructure.
• Proven experience designing, launching, and scaling systems that manage high volumes of financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including Stripe capabilities such as Connected Accounts, Treasury, Payment Intents, Tax APIs, and reconciliation workflows.
• Deep knowledge of global payments, multi-currency management, and foreign exchange settlement across multiple regions.
• Experience implementing or integrating tax compliance solutions for B2B, SaaS, or reseller transactions.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, Tax, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure accounting accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, BI tools, financial models, or data analysis techniques.
• Ability to perform hands-on product validation, investigate data discrepancies, and connect product usage to revenue outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable impact through automation, process improvements, and data-driven product decisions.
• Experience with usage-based billing, embedded finance, reseller ecosystems, or agency billing workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Chargebee, or QuickBooks and payment data integrations is advantageous.
• Understanding of financial ledgers, double-entry accounting models, or reconciliation automation is preferred.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and financial technology platforms.
• Experience working in high-scale SaaS, fintech, or remote global environments is highly desirable.
