Pay: $17.75 per hour
Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Every Other Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Tresco Works is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Courier Supervisor to oversee courier operations supporting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), El Paso Field Office. This position plays a critical role in supervising courier staff, ensuring the secure transportation of sensitive documents and A-Files, maintaining chain-of-custody procedures, and ensuring compliance with all contractual and federal security requirements.

Essential Job Duties

As the Courier Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise daily courier operations and personnel.
  • Develop and maintain courier schedules to ensure adequate staffing and route coverage.
  • Fill in for courier staff as needed to maintain uninterrupted services.
  • Monitor quality assurance and ensure compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions.
  • Participate in hiring recommendations and workforce planning.
  • Ensure the secure pickup, transport, and delivery of sensitive documents, A-Files, packages, and locking bins.
  • Maintain chain-of-custody documentation in accordance with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Records Operation Handbook (USCIS/ROH).
  • Complete and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational logs.
  • Obtain signatures from authorized personnel for document transfers.
  • Safely operate company vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate daily operations with Government Representatives and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).
  • Ensure compliance with all security requirements and federal regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience in logistics, courier services, transportation, or records management preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain ICE security credentials and facility access.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required License
  • Valid Driver's License required.
Background & Pre-Employment Requirements

Selected candidates must successfully complete applicable pre-employment screenings, including:

  • General Background Check
  • Office of Inspector General (OIG)/CMMS Exclusions Check
  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Review
