This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Leankor Developer based in India.

This role is designed for a skilled Salesforce developer who will focus on extending, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-scale managed package solutions.
The position requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, custom development, integrations, and package lifecycle management.
You will work on complex solutions that enhance business processes through scalable Apex development, Lightning components, and advanced Salesforce configurations.

Accountabilities:

The Salesforce Leankor Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions while ensuring compatibility with managed packages and enterprise architecture standards. The role requires ownership of technical implementations, integrations, upgrades, and development best practices to support scalable business solutions.

  • Lead the technical strategy for implementing and extending Salesforce managed packages while ensuring compatibility with future upgrades and platform best practices.
  • Design and optimize custom workflows and project management extensions using Leankor components such as Kanban, Gantt, and Resource Management capabilities.
  • Develop advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, including triggers, controllers, batch processes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Build custom functionality that integrates effectively with managed package objects, protected metadata, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Plan and execute managed package upgrades by conducting impact analysis, testing changes, and preventing system regressions.
  • Maintain Salesforce technical governance standards, including namespace management, error handling, and scalable development practices.
  • Customize Salesforce user experiences through Lightning components, field sets, custom settings, and tailored interfaces.
  • Design and maintain complex data models connecting standard Salesforce objects, custom objects, and managed package entities.
  • Support DevOps and deployment processes using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver reliable Salesforce solutions.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development experience with expertise in enterprise implementations, Field Service solutions, managed packages, and custom application development. Strong analytical skills, technical problem-solving ability, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or a related technical field (B.E, B.Tech, or MCA preferred).
  • Relevant experience in Salesforce development with strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service solutions.
  • Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce development tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) architecture, data models, and functionality.
  • Experience customizing Salesforce FSL mobile applications and supporting offline capabilities.
  • Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns.
  • Experience working with enterprise Salesforce managed packages and custom extensions.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Field Service Lightning Consultant are highly desirable.
  • Experience with additional Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and Salesforce deployment frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Apex Unit Tests and Jest is beneficial.
