Job Description

Technical Product Manager Cardiac

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Product Manager – Cardiac based in Canada.

This role offers an opportunity to shape technology products that support cardiac clinical research and contribute to better patient outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of product management, clinical expertise, technology, and customer needs. Your work will help translate complex cardiac workflows, data requirements, and regulatory considerations into effective software solutions. You will own product strategy, discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Collaboration will be central, with close partnerships across engineering, UX, clinical, data, operations, and commercial teams. This is a fully remote opportunity within Canada, ideally aligned with the Eastern Time Zone, in a global and highly regulated healthcare environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for technology solutions supporting cardiac clinical research, aligning customer needs, clinical workflows, market opportunities, and broader business objectives.
  • Lead product discovery activities by engaging directly with customers and stakeholders to understand cardiac clinical-trial workflows, data requirements, user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Translate complex cardiac, clinical, regulatory, and technical requirements into clear product specifications and intuitive software experiences that effectively address user and business needs.
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, clinical, operations, data, and commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
  • Use customer feedback, product data, market intelligence, and defined success metrics to evaluate opportunities, establish priorities, and guide product decisions.
  • Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, requirements definition, and cross-functional decision-making while maintaining a clear connection between product investments and desired outcomes.
  • Communicate the product vision, priorities, trade-offs, progress, and outcomes clearly to technical, clinical, and business stakeholders across global teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience, providing a solid foundation for working across product, technology, and clinical domains.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience leading software or technology products through discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in cardiac or cardiology technology, cardiac clinical trials, or closely related clinical-trial solutions, particularly involving cardiac data, workflows, or endpoints.
  • Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated experience partnering with engineering, data, and other technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable and effective product solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, requirements definition, and cross-functional decision-making in complex environments.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to make thoughtful decisions when working with ambiguity, competing priorities, and specialized requirements.
  • Experience working with Agile product development methodologies and within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, medical technology, or another highly regulated environment.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and distributed global teams.
  • Eligibility to work remotely from Canada, with preference for candidates who can align their working hours with the Eastern Time Zone.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with the scope and experience required for the position.
  • Comprehensive health and dental coverage to support employees’ healthcare needs.
  • Paid time off and company holidays, supporting rest, personal time, and work-life balance.
  • Flexible remote work arrangements, with the position designed to be performed remotely from Canada.
  • Employee wellness programs supporting physical and overall well-being.
  • Professional development programs providing opportunities to strengthen skills and continue growing professionally.
  • Opportunity to work on technology supporting clinical research and healthcare, contributing to solutions designed to generate better evidence and improve patient outcomes.
  • Exposure to a global, cross-functional, and highly regulated environment, collaborating with clinical, technical, commercial, and operational specialists.
