  • Design learning assessments and evaluation approaches to measure effectiveness, gather insights, and support the continuous improvement of learning solutions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, resource requirements, and timelines to support effective coordination, capacity planning, and delivery of project milestones.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Learning & Development practices by sharing lessons learned, templates, methodologies, and best practices with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience designing and developing learning solutions using authoring and content-development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience applying instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning project management practices.
  • Professional fluency in both English and French, written and spoken, is required for effective collaboration and learning-content development across bilingual audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage learning projects from beginning to end, including stakeholder consultation, project coordination, development, evaluation, and management of multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience designing and developing technical or complex learning content, with the ability to understand sophisticated subject matter and translate it into accessible learning experiences.
  • Experience with digital adoption or in-application learning tools, such as Whatfix or similar platforms, to provide embedded guidance, job aids, and performance support directly within business systems.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn new subject matter and collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts, translating their expertise into clear, engaging, and learner-focused content.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is considered an asset and may provide useful context for understanding industry-specific learning needs.
  • Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a remote environment.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work arrangement, providing flexibility to work remotely within the Greater Toronto Area and broader eligible Canadian setup.
  • Annual compensation ranging from CAD $63,000 to $80,000, with the actual offer determined according to skills and professional experience.
