  • Hands-on experience designing and building APIs, backend services, and SaaS platforms.
  • Experience working with at least one major cloud environment, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, modern infrastructure, and scalable software architecture.
  • Practical experience with Docker, containers, Kubernetes, and modern deployment practices.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing strategies, including TDD, throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Experience with performance analysis and optimization is highly valuable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a pragmatic approach to technical decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented approach and a genuine commitment to continuous learning.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
  • Willingness to use sound judgment when evaluating AI tools and emerging technologies.
  • Strong commitment to diversity, fairness, inclusion, and ethical ways of working.
  • Ability to operate through a limited company or equivalent business entity (e.g., LLC, LDA, Sp. z o.o., SRL), as this is a B2B contract engagement.
Benefits:

  • Fully remote-first working environment within Europe.
  • Flexible working arrangements designed to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative products and challenging engineering projects across different industries.
