This role sits at the core of a high-growth predictions and exchange technology business, responsible for shaping and delivering the platform that powers both B2C and B2B offerings at global scale. You will own a critical product area that directly impacts trading, transaction flow, and user experience across multiple markets and brands. Working closely with engineering-heavy teams, you will translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and high-quality releases. This is a highly hands-on position for someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex technical environments. You will collaborate with senior leadership while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution. The environment is dynamic, globally distributed, and focused on scaling a mission-critical exchange backbone.

Accountabilities

You will act as the end-to-end owner of the Predictions Exchange product, ensuring the platform evolves to meet the needs of both consumer and enterprise users across global markets. You will define priorities, manage delivery, and continuously optimize performance while working closely with engineering and leadership teams. Your work will directly shape the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of a core transactional system.

  • Own the full product lifecycle for the Predictions Exchange, from discovery and requirements to delivery and post-launch optimization
  • Translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps and clear engineering priorities
  • Manage and prioritize a large technical backlog in close collaboration with engineering teams
  • Ensure the exchange platform scales effectively to support global B2C and B2B demand
  • Partner with leadership to improve product development processes and execution efficiency
  • Drive continuous product improvements based on performance data, system behavior, and user feedback
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and delivery
Requirements

This role requires a strong execution-oriented product manager with experience operating in technically complex, fast-moving environments. You should be comfortable working closely with engineers, managing ambiguity, and delivering outcomes independently. Strong communication and structured thinking are essential, especially in a globally distributed setup.

  • Proven track record as a Product Manager delivering complex technical products end-to-end
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives to completion
  • Experience working with engineering-heavy teams and transactional or exchange-based systems
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management from concept through release and iteration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decision-making capability
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working across global, distributed teams
  • High adaptability in fast-paced, evolving product environments
  • Strong interest in sports, prediction markets, fintech, or crypto-related ecosystems is highly valued
