Junior Systems Administrator
Location: Fully Remote (USA)
WhatConverts is a B2B SaaS company specializing in marketing attribution and lead tracking solutions. We empower businesses to make data-driven decisions by providing deep insights into their marketing campaigns and helping them understand what drives conversions. As a remote-first company, we foster a mission-focused and performance-driven culture, valuing integrity, initiative, and innovation.
At WhatConverts, we’re looking for a motivated Jr. Systems Administrator who’s excited to grow beyond traditional IT support and into cloud infrastructure and security operations.
This is more than a helpdesk role; it’s an opportunity to work directly alongside senior infrastructure and security leadership at a fast-growing SaaS company while building hands-on experience with modern cloud environments, compliance, and internal operations.
- Be the go-to support partner for internal IT and account access requests
- Provision users, manage devices, and maintain SaaS tools and permissions
- Troubleshoot VPN, MFA, browser, and productivity app issues
- Support security initiatives, SOC 2 compliance efforts, and internal documentation
- Help manage SaaS renewals, licensing, and operational workflows
As you build trust and experience, you’ll expand into:
- AWS cloud support and infrastructure operations
- Security monitoring and alert triage
- SOC 2 evidence ownership and customer security questionnaires
- Vendor risk reviews and cloud maintenance tasks
- Greater ownership across security and systems operations
- 1–3 years of IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration experience
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, password managers, MDMs, or similar SaaS platforms
- Understanding of SSO, MFA, and access management basics
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Self-driven, security-minded, and comfortable working remotely
- Exposure to AWS or cloud certifications in progress
- Experience with tools like Rippling, Duo, Datadog, Secureframe, or OpenVPN
- Familiarity with SOC 2 or customer security questionnaires
If you’re someone who loves solving problems, helping teammates, and wants a long-term path into cloud and security operations, we’d love to meet you.
Company Benefits/Perks:
- Remote-First: Empowered to work agilely in a fully remote environment with no risk of office return.
- Immediate Impact: From day one, take ownership of projects and make a direct impact.
- Health & Wellness: 100% employer-paid premium medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- 401k with 5% Match: Secure your future with immediate vesting.

- Volunteer Day: Give back with an annual volunteer day.
