In this role, you will shape and scale enterprise-grade application architecture for complex financial planning and performance management solutions used by global organizations. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and business stakeholders to design scalable, high-performance architectures that support advanced planning, forecasting, and reporting use cases. The environment is highly collaborative and fast-evolving, requiring both strong technical depth and strategic thinking. You will guide development teams, define architectural standards, and ensure consistency across applications and modules. A key part of your impact will be enabling scalable solution delivery while improving usability, performance, and maintainability. You will also play a critical role in integrating emerging platform capabilities such as AI-driven features and workflow automation.

• Lead the design and governance of scalable application architectures for enterprise planning and financial solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate complex needs into robust, scalable system designs.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, UX principles, and architectural best practices to ensure performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Oversee the delivery lifecycle of applications, guiding development teams to ensure on-time execution and high-quality output.
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating new platform capabilities, tools, and methodologies into existing and new solutions.
• Act as a technical expert and advisor for internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting escalations and high-impact initiatives.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and enablement materials to strengthen the overall ecosystem and delivery quality.

This role requires strong experience in enterprise application development and architecture, with proven leadership in technical environments. Candidates should bring deep understanding of financial systems and multi-dimensional modeling, along with the ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to influence cross-functional teams and translate complex concepts into actionable designs. The ideal profile combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking and delivery ownership.

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development or financial systems, including leadership in application architecture or implementation teams
• Strong expertise in large-scale application design, system architecture, and multi-dimensional modeling
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional engineering and product teams
• Deep understanding of financial processes such as FP&A, forecasting, and enterprise planning workflows
• Ability to define technical standards, ensure architectural consistency, and drive engineering excellence
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
