Acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, you will translate complex business needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, bridging business strategy and technical execution
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for data and AI-driven solutions, ensuring continuous delivery of measurable business value
- Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies while ensuring operational readiness for product launches
- Run experiments and hypothesis-driven initiatives to validate product ideas and optimize outcomes
- Define success metrics, leverage data analysis, and generate insights to inform product direction and prioritization
- Own and continuously refine the product backlog based on user research, market trends, and business needs
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Facilitate alignment and stakeholder buy-in through clear communication, storytelling, and structured workshops
- Contribute to internal capability building through mentoring, recruitment support, and best practice sharing
- Proven experience delivering successful digital products, ideally in data, AI, or complex technology environments
- Strong ability to operate at both portfolio and product levels, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and outcomes
- Deep understanding of user research methods, product discovery, and design thinking principles
- Solid knowledge of Agile software development practices and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to evaluate product performance and user behavior
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technical leaders
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities to synthesize insights into clear product narratives
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in complex environments and drive execution at speed
- Experience facilitating workshops, coaching teams, and promoting product best practices

- Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $190,000 CAD
