This role sits at the intersection of technology, consulting, and client delivery, leading end-to-end software implementation projects focused on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. You will be responsible for guiding complex, multi-stakeholder engagements from discovery and planning through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Working closely with architects, consultants, and client teams, you will ensure successful delivery of scalable solutions that improve contract operations and business efficiency. This position requires a balance of structure and adaptability, combining detailed project execution with strategic oversight. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment across timelines, scope, and expectations. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly client-focused, with opportunities to work across diverse industries and enterprise-level organizations.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CLM implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, budget, and resources across multiple concurrent client engagements.
- Serve as the primary client-facing contact, coordinating communication, requirements gathering, status updates, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, and documentation using established project management tools and methodologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including solution architects, consultants, and trainers to ensure successful execution of technical and functional deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor project performance through reporting, financial tracking, resource allocation, and ongoing stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in project management, ideally delivering CLM solutions using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with CLM platforms such as DocuSign CLM, Conga, Icertis, or similar contract management systems.
- Experience using project management tools such as Mavenlink or equivalent platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a client-first mindset with demonstrated ownership of outcomes.
