This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of high-impact email marketing programs across both B2B and B2C audiences, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven lifecycle strategies. You will design and optimize end-to-end email journeys, from acquisition and onboarding to re-engagement and loyalty, ensuring every message delivers measurable business impact. Working closely with marketing, eCommerce, and sales teams, you will help align email initiatives with broader go-to-market and revenue objectives. The environment is fast-paced and performance-oriented, requiring strong analytical thinking and creative precision. You will play a key role in shaping segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies that enhance customer experience and lifetime value. This is a highly hands-on position where experimentation, optimization, and ownership are central to success.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle while driving performance through segmentation, automation, testing, and continuous optimization. You will ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and directly contribute to revenue growth across both B2B and B2C channels.

  • Develop and execute lifecycle email strategies covering acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, and re-engagement.
  • Own end-to-end email campaign execution, including concepting, copy coordination, creative briefing, QA, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Design and optimize automated email journeys such as welcome flows, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Build segmentation and personalization frameworks based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and purchase intent.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve subject lines, messaging, design, cadence, and conversion performance.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including open rates, CTR, deliverability, and revenue per send.
  • Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and sales teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and GTM initiatives.
  • Produce reporting dashboards and insights tied to revenue impact, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Requirements

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in email marketing with a strong focus on lifecycle automation, segmentation, and performance optimization. You are both analytical and creative, with the ability to translate data insights into high-performing campaigns.

  • 2–5+ years of experience in email marketing within B2B, B2C, or mixed environments.
  • Proven experience building lifecycle email programs and automation workflows that drive revenue.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, behavioral targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Experience with email service providers and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong copy instincts and ability to optimize messaging for conversion.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions and performance improvements.
  • Knowledge of deliverability best practices and compliance standards such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, BigCommerce, eCommerce environments, and B2B + B2C funnel structures.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience
  • Remote-friendly work environment
  • Opportunity to own and scale high-impact email marketing programs
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C growth strategies
  • Collaborative, performance-driven marketing culture
  • Opportunity to directly influence revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Work with modern marketing automation and data-driven tools
