Job Description
AccessAbilities is seeking a collaborative, relationship-focused Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in a flexible part-time leadership support role.
This position is ideal for a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who enjoys mentoring Behavior Technicians (RBTs), being actively involved in clinic operations, and supporting high-quality ABA services — without the demands of managing a full caseload or supervising a large team.
If you are looking for a supportive environment, meaningful clinical involvement, and flexibility with work-life balance, we’d love to connect with you.
Why AccessAbilities
At AccessAbilities, we have been providing person-centered services across the lifespan for more than 20 years. We are intentionally growing our ABA program with a focus on:
-Clinical quality
-Ethical care
-Sustainable workloads
-Strong team collaboration
What Makes Us Different
-Privately owned organization with local leadership
-Collaborative and supportive clinic culture
-Leadership team that values clinician input
-Focus on quality over volume
-Strong commitment to employee growth and sustainability
Position Overview
This is a part-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position working approximately 2–3 days per week in our Merrillville, IN, clinic environment.
Unlike traditional BCBA roles:
-There is no assigned caseload
-No responsibility for managing a large client load
-No direct employee management responsibilities
Instead, this role focuses on:
-Assisting with RBT supervision and support
-Clinical collaboration
-Providing mentorship and guidance
-Supporting clinic operations and additional assigned projects/tasks
This is a primarily in-person role due to the hands-on support needed within the clinic environment. Limited remote flexibility may be available for the right candidate after demonstrating strong performance and independence in the role.
What You’ll Do
-Support and assist with RBT supervision
-Provide clinical guidance and collaboration within the ABA team
-Assist with maintaining quality and consistency of programming
-Participate in clinic-based support activities
-Complete additional administrative or clinical support tasks as assigned
-Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary team members
Schedule & Flexibility
-Part-time schedule: approximately 2–3 days per week
-Primarily clinic-based/in-person
-Potential for occasional remote work flexibility based on performance and operational needs
-Predictable scheduling and supportive work environment
Why BCBAs Enjoy Working Here
-Supportive Clinical Environment
-Strong collaboration among BCBAs, RBTs, and leadership
-Administrative support provided
-Team-oriented culture with approachable leadership
-Opportunity to remain clinically engaged without burnout
-Sustainable Workload
-No traditional caseload demands
-Flexible part-time structure
-Focus on meaningful support and quality services
-Respect for work-life balance
Growth Opportunities
-Opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding ABA program
-Leadership development opportunities over time
-Ability to contribute to program development and quality initiatives
Qualifications
-Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
-Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
-Strong communication and collaboration skills
-Ability to provide supportive clinical guidance to RBTs
-Experience in ABA services preferred
-Supervisory experience welcomed but not required
